Commercial Chimney Base Flashing Lap Repair – Charlotte, NC
6240 Rosecroft Dr, Charlotte, NC 28215
An open lap in the base flashing at the chimney was giving water a path into the building.
The crew cleaned and primed the lap, then installed a new patch to restore a watertight seal, and sealed the chimney seams.
Photos show the leak area, the sealed vertical seams along the chimney, and the new patch at its base.
