A leak on this building's exterior wall needed to be traced at the roof edge, and punctures in the roof membrane were letting water into the system.
The crew opened the wall coping to inspect the membrane below, installed cover plates at the coping joints, then cleaned, primed and patched each puncture.
The parapet and membrane are watertight again.
