Commercial Cricket Replacement and Dormer Flashing Repair – Charlotte, NC
8940 Challis Hill Ln, Charlotte, NC 28226
Work by other trades had damaged the metal cricket beside this roof wall, and the flashing details at an arched dormer window weren't up to accepted roofing practice.
The crew removed the damaged cricket and installed a new one matching the existing profile and color, then reworked the dormer details to industry standards.
Water now sheds cleanly around both areas.
