Membrane blistering and heavy wear had split this aged flat roof surface, leaving exposed scrim and openings where water could get in.
The crew cut and dried the blistered areas, then installed a roughly 10 by 10 foot TPO recover patch over the worst section.
Photos show the torn membrane before work and the bright new white TPO sheet sealed in place.
