Commercial Membrane Patch Repair – Charlotte, NC
8215 Forest Point Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28273
Someone had caulked over an old patch on this membrane roof and the caulk was cracking and peeling, while the sealant around an A/C line penetration had failed.
The crew removed the old caulk and installed new membrane patches, then cleaned the A/C penetration and flashed it with fresh sealant.
Both problem areas are sealed and watertight again.
