Commercial Metal R-Panel Sealing – Monroe, NC

Fasteners, headlaps and vertical seams across the R-panel roof had failing sealant, with rust showing at the penetrations. The roof was powerwashed and stripped of previous sealant, then polyurethane sealant was run at the fasteners, laps and seams and top-coated in acrylic. The sealed field was photographed before and after treatment, over consecutive days.
