The filler in the pitch pans around the A/C line penetrations on this ballasted flat roof had shrunk, opening gaps that let water into the roof.
The crew installed new lead cover caps on the four pitch pans beside the rooftop units and sealed each one to keep water out.
The penetrations are watertight again.
