Coating on this metal roof had failed, with peeling surface and an open hole at the damaged area. Loose debris had also collected on the roof.
The area was power washed and recoated, and debris was removed. Photos show the failed coating, fresh sealant along the seam and at a pipe penetration by the HVAC unit, and the sealed parapet transition.
