A leak at the bath fan vent on this shingle roof had let water into the deck, leaving a sheet of plywood stained and rotted beneath the shingles.
The crew removed the old vent covers, pipe collar and surrounding roofing, replaced the rotted plywood, and installed new underlayment, shingles and vents.
The vent area is solid and watertight again.
