Ponding water and failing past repairs around a rooftop HVAC unit were letting water in at the curb, penetrations, and mechanical attachments.
The crew cleared the water, stripped the old coating from the metal panels, cleaned and primed the surface, and applied fresh coating at every curb flashing.
Gas and electrical penetrations along the unit were all resealed.
