Commercial Shingle Roof Field Leak Repair – Charlotte, NC
6830 Buckland Rd, Charlotte, NC 28278
Two field leaks on the shingle roof were letting water in where fasteners had been placed incorrectly.
The crew carefully removed the specialty shingles, installed new plywood and underlayment, and replaced the shingles to match the existing roof.
Photos show the water-stained decking from below and the repaired field work beside the chimney.
