Weathering had broken down a section of membrane along the parapet of this flat roof, where ponding water left heavy staining and the surface layers were peeling.
The crew cleaned a 20 by 20 foot area, prepped the deteriorated membrane, and rolled a silicone coating over the full section.
The coated area now shields the membrane from further weathering.
