Commercial Skylight Replacement and Base Flashing Seam Repair – Charlotte, NC
8925 Challis Hill Ln, Charlotte, NC 28226
A damaged skylight and an open seam in the base flashing beside it were giving water a path into this building.
The crew removed the old skylight and installed a new unit, then sealed the open base flashing seam along the wall.
The finished photos show the new skylight set cleanly into the shingle roof with the flashing closed up.
