The vent collar seal had failed on this metal roof, leaving an open gap at the pipe and aged sealant around the base. Nearby seams also showed failed spot repairs.
The crew resealed the vent collar and applied a coated patch at the marked seam. Photos show the open collar before the work, then the resealed vent and the white coated seam after.
