Fort Mill, SC Roof Repair - this chimney was leaking - we reflashed the top saddle by detaching the vinyl siding, adding new metal, and ice and water. At the base of the chimney on both side we added a lockout flashing at the base to allow the step flashing g to waterboard past the base of the chimney.
