Liberty Roofworks Roofing Repair

We inspected this low slope roof with multiple leaks. This roof is below 2/12 slope and shouldn’t be asphalt shingle. The ridge vent and slantback are also both designed for 3/12 or greater. Recent attempts at repairing pipe boots by others have been unsuccessful. Our recommendation is to replace this section of roofing with a modified bitumen roofing system designed for low slope applications.
