Today we inspected this roof that has seen better days. This roof is 25 years old and was only designed to last for 20. There is extensive hail and wind damage to the roof. Some of the older damage has now deteriorated to the point of the entire shingle mat disintegrating. Some of the wind damaged shingles are missing entirely. The siding problems are extensive also. This is a good example of why it’s imperative to address Storm damage to a roof quickly.
