Liberty Roofworks Roofing Repair

This HVAC flue cap and flashing pan were leaking. To repair this roof leak we removed the shingles around the base of the pan and installed I’ve and water membrane to seal all penetrations then reinstalled shingles. We installed a new flue cap with fire rated sealant as an added layer of protection against moisture infiltration.
