Residential Membrane Termination Bar Replacement – Charlotte, NC

Deterioration had set in along the wall termination, with the membrane lifting to reveal heavy rust on the metal beneath. Twenty-five linear feet of termination bar were removed, the area was cleaned, and new termination bar was installed and sealed along the edge. The reinstalled termination was logged as complete and photographed along both runs.
