Residential Pipe Flashing Replacement – Lancaster, SC

Found split and deteriorated collars on the pipe flashings, leaving the penetrations open to water entry at the shingle field. Replaced the failed flashings with new pipe boots, set them into the surrounding shingle courses, and sealed the terminations to close the openings. Reset the adjacent shingles to restore a continuous watertight surface at each penetration.
