Nail pops and rusted fasteners were found scattered across the front and rear slopes, alongside the pipe boots flagged for replacement. Each raised fastener was sealed at the shingle face, tabs were lifted and sealed beneath, and ice and water underlayment was set in at the opened courses. The treated points were photographed individually on the day of completion.
