Residential Vent Reflash Repair – Charlotte, NC
7807 Reunion Row Dr, Charlotte, NC 28277
A roof leak traced to a vent penetration on the third floor. The crew opened the shingles around the vent, set a new black box vent, and sealed it into the courses.
Photos show the stained attic underside at the pipe, the opened underlayment with the new vent in place, and the seated vent with sealant applied.
