Wall flashing at the corner had failed, leaving the deck and trim rotten and leaking. The gutter was detached and reset, corner trim cut up and siding pulled back, then the rotten plywood and roofing were removed and replaced with new plywood, ice and water underlayment and shingles. The rebuilt section was photographed at the deck and underlayment stages.
